Description:
This spyware may arrive (in a computer) as part of another malware?s installation package, or is installed when the user visits a particular Web site that downloads the spyware onto the system (Using malicious script). It may also be manually downloaded by the user.
This spyware may have been meant as a downloader for a program called Internet Optimizer. Internet optimizer can either be a spyware or adware itself, or may come bundled with other programs that are known adware/spyware.
However, test at TrendLabs indicate that the spyware is unable to complete its downloading procedure due to some errors in its code. |
